FAQs

What are your hours of operation for events?

Events can be booked Monday-Sunday 9a-12a. Additional hours may be accommodated upon request. Subject to approval. We are closed on all national holidays.

What space can be rented for events?

Our 1500 sq. ft. Studio Space can be used for events. We keep it a blank canvas so that you can go in and make magic to bring your desired theme to life!

Please note, our facility can only accommodate business centric events such as trainings, seminars, workshops, business launches, networking events, town halls, lectures etc

How many people does the Studio Space accommodate?

The amount of people that the Studio Space can accommodate is contingent upon your event layout.

Theater Style: up to 80ppl

Round Tables: up to 60ppl

6' tables: up to 50ppl

Cocktail: up to 70ppl

Please note, COVID-19 guidelines may affect these numbers.

What is included in the Studio Space rental?

All Studio Space rentals include a friendly Spaces Event Coordinator, (2) XL Bean Bag chairs*, (1) Hanging Chair,* (2)benches,* (2) 55" tables, (2) 70" high tables, (8) bar stools, (2) 94" tables, a projector and presentation wall with Phillip Hue color changing lights.

*Can be removed if desired

Do you offer additional tables and chairs if needed?

Yes, for a small rental fee we offer cocktail tables, 6' tables, 60" round tables and black folding chairs. Limited quantities available.

Do you have any preferred event vendors?

Absolutely, we love our preferred vendors and don't mind having more! Interested in being a preferred vendor? Just let us know!

Can I have food?

Of course! However, we do not have a full kitchen so all food would need to be prepared before arrival. If a separate room is needed for food preparation on-site, our Meeting Space is available for rent.

Can I serve alcohol?

Yes, you can serve alcohol. However, the selling of alcohol is prevented.

Will you promote my event?

If your event is open to the public we'd love to assist you in promoting your event! Your event will be placed on our website for everyone to see.

Is your space kid friendly?

We love kids, but unfortunately we did not create our space with kids in mind. Our space is geared more towards 18+.

How do I book the Studio Space for an event?

To best assist you, we need to know more about your event. Scroll up, select “Request A Quote" and our Events Coordinator will be in touch with you to further discuss your event and help you with scheduling a date.

Is your Space pet friendly?

Although we love our four legged friends, we unfortunately are not a pet friendly facility.

Is Spaces & CO handicap accessible?

Yes, our facility is handicap accessible.

Where do I park?

There are convenient parking locations within close proximity to the office as well as street parking. Or as an alternative, public transportation is easily accessible to eliminate the worries of figuring out where to park.

Can I stop by and see the Studio Space before booking?
