Part Time- Onsite Event Manager

As an Event Manager, you will be the overseer for all events held at Spaces & CO. You will provide onsite event support for any and all events secured, handle the flow of people throughout the event and ensure that all responsibilities are completed effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in member and their guests.
  • Provide outstanding service onsite to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure each event is executed smoothly while onsite.
  • Ensure facility is free of damages and returned to original use at the conclusion of each event.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as requested while onsite.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in similar roles
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Able to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
  • Familiar with Apple software (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
  • High school degree
